By enrolling in a Bombshell Membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. No Contract, No Cancellation Fee.

   • You may cancel your membership at any time. 

   • There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

2. Banked Funds Policy

   • Monthly membership fees are not refundable.

   • Funds banked must be used towards services or retail products in-office

   • Banked balances cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used online

3. Roll-Over Funds

   • Unused membership funds roll over month to month and do not expire while the membership remains active.

4. Account Management

   • Changes to your membership (including cancellations) must be made in writing or via email with at least 7 days’ notice prior to your next billing date.

5. Billing

   • Membership fees are auto-charged monthly on the enrollment date via the payment method on file.

6. Exclusions

   • Banked funds and membership discounts cannot be used toward already-discounted promotions or packages unless otherwise noted.

   • Membership discounts do not apply to the purchase of gift cards. Discounts can be used toward services and retail products only.

   • Bombshell Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual enrolled in the membership.

7. Termination by Bombshell Aesthetics & Wellness

   • We reserve the right to terminate or adjust the membership program at any time. Any banked funds will remain available for use in-office per the terms listed above.
